What is cold brew coffee?
Cold brew is created by steeping medium ground coffee in room temperature water for 15 hours or longer and then filtering out the grounds for a clean cup without sediment. Unlike regular coffee, cold brew is never exposed to heat. We brew a fresh batch at our Roastery daily.
Cold brew is refreshing and highlights undertones and extracts most of the caffeine in the brewing process. We brew with a medium roast; and if you haven’t tried a Two Beards Cold Brew, then visit us at our Coffee House for a tasting. We recommend serving it over ice and can also be mixed with sparkling water, tonic / soda water or enjoyed as our favoum lemonade! Add some slices of lemon / lime or orange for extra flavour.
It can also be added over ice cream or other deserts!
You can keep it in your fridge for up to 14 days.
